What do you like best about iATS Payments? Very responsive customer service as well as excellent rates. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? A few times our monthly reports were not timely. "Easy to use and makes processing payments and refunds simple."

What do you like best about iATS Payments? Being able to issue refunds quickly and efficiently. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? I wish the transaction IDs matched what was in our system. Our system shows them as longer. Also wish the search for a transaction was longer than 6 months. What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been able to issues refunds very quickly for cancelled classes due to Covid-19.

What do you like best about iATS Payments? iATS allowed us to easily create a web-based online payment option on our website. As a non-profit we want to make it easy for our supporters to give online. We now offer options to give both using credit cards and "electronic checks" (ACH payments). Supporters can also donate once or set up a recurring donation. What do you like best about iATS Payments? iATS has a great portal and easy to use reports. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? The refund process is not hard, but not intuitive. I always have to look up how to do it,. What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? We get disbursements each day (instead of 4 times a month with our previous processor). The percentage is very competitive saving us hard dollars.
