What do you like best about iATS Payments? The rates are low. Customer service is very helpful. I appreciate the code to set up a donation page on Squarespace. I use Squarespace. The customer support and features are fabtastic, and no other company I have worked with or interviewed has matched their level of service and accountability. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? What do you like best about iATS Payments? The most helpful aspects are that it is super easy to use, and saves your information for the next school year so that you don't have to re-enter anything, unless you want to change the card used, etc. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? "Perfect and amazing"

What do you like best about iATS Payments? This system works perfectly. The fees are nominal. There is no reason NOT to use IATS. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? I wish we could set up a portal to accept IATS ACH payments through our other payment processing provider. What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? ACH! Some people ONLY want to give through checking. This is the solution. AND ACH is WAY cheaper than the alternative, so it's cost efficient also.
