"Easy to use online payment partner with good support"

What do you like best about iATS Payments? iATS allowed us to easily create a web-based online payment option on our website. As a non-profit we want to make it easy for our supporters to give online. We now offer options to give both using credit cards and "electronic checks" (ACH payments). Supporters can also donate once or set up a recurring donation. "Pretty good, a little clunky"

What do you like best about iATS Payments? IATS payments works with minimal hassle, integrates well with CiviCRM. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? Refunds are clunky, especially EFT! Reporting in their backend is awkward. Integration with CiviCRM missing some components still (like refunds, ability to unlink transactions). What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? Receive donations by credit card and ACH. A lot less hassle than previous provider (Paypal)

Aura forms require significant customization to be useful and some features of IATS are not integrated into Brickworks settings. What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy to use and always accurate"

What do you like best about iATS Payments? iATS has a great portal and easy to use reports. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? The refund process is not hard, but not intuitive. I always have to look up how to do it,. What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? We get disbursements each day (instead of 4 times a month with our previous processor). The percentage is very competitive saving us hard dollars.

What do you dislike about iATS Payments? Customer service is slow to react When you’re dealing with donors that don’t have much time to waste. What do you like best about iATS Payments? I can easily update information on the back end, such as entering a new card number, changing the amount/schedule for recurring gifts, or inputting card info if a donor wishes to make a one-time gift over the phone. Also, seems to be well-integrated with Salesforce. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? Not really set up for true recurring gifts. It works well if you have a pledge with a specific end date, but you cannot leave the end date open ...
