What do you like best about iATS Payments? The sign-up is super easy - no hassle at all. The price point is great. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? I hope for a better on-site point of sale option. Last I chatted with them they had a few options and were continuing to develop this option. What do you like best about iATS Payments? Ease of use of the iATS extension for CiviCRM, when it comes to our userbase signing up for events and/or sending contributions is what really enabled us to grow as an organization. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? Well, the Refund button on the administrative interface needs a confirm prompt, as I have accidentally refunded the wrong person at least once, having checkmarked the wrong row.. What do you like best about iATS Payments? Being able to issue refunds quickly and efficiently. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? I wish the transaction IDs matched what was in our system. Our system shows them as longer. Also wish the search for a transaction was longer than 6 months. What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been able to issues refunds very quickly for cancelled classes due to Covid-19.

What do you like best about iATS Payments? Very responsive customer service as well as excellent rates. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? A few times our monthly reports were not timely. But this has been addressed. What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? We had been with a larger payment processor that suddenly cancelled our contract with limited notice. iATS stepped in and got us set up quickly for a better price. That I could not enroll another organization, a church, for online giving because we were not registered in Canada??? What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?
