What do you like best about iATS Payments? It is a close contest between iATS being the lowest cost processing tool and it being extremely easy to use. "We've always had great customer service and responsiveness from iATS. Very easy for donors to use."

What do you like best about iATS Payments? iATS keeps low rates and is easy to use for the client and the customer. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? There are some learning curves to set up which aren't always well communicated. A few more instructions would be great. What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? We have an easy way for donors to make donations all year long instead of just through events.

What do you like best about iATS Payments? iATS payments are an easy way to accept electronic payments for our non-profit! Easy to setup, get reports, and recieve funds! What do you dislike about iATS Payments? No real downsides as they continue to partner with other programs to allow for integration. What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy processing of electronic payments.

The customer support and features are fabtastic, and no other company I have worked with or interviewed has matched their level of service and accountability. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? I wish we had a report to reconcile deposits- I show exactly which transactions were included in which deposit, this wild save time. What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? Fully integrated into our fundraising software ...

"Easy to use platform for payments"

What do you like best about iATS Payments? The most helpful aspects are that it is super easy to use, and saves your information for the next school year so that you don't have to re-enter anything, unless you want to change the card used, etc. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? I do not like that you can't connect a bank account (maybe I am just not aware of how to do that?) but if not, for some users, this might be a useful feature to add. What do you like best about iATS Payments? Customer support is very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to any problems we encounter. They always make us feel as if we are their main concern. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? There is currently not anything that I dislike about IATS. Everything is working as expected. "Perfect and amazing"

What do you like best about iATS Payments? This system works perfectly. The fees are nominal. There is no reason NOT to use IATS. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? I wish we could set up a portal to accept IATS ACH payments through our other payment processing provider. What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? ACH! Some people ONLY want to give through checking. This is the solution. AND ACH is WAY cheaper than the alternative, so it's cost efficient also.
