What do you like best about iATS Payments? We have been happy with IATS as our payment processor. There have been some challenges, including occasional transactions that do not integrate in our CRM, but overall we have been happy with IATS for the price. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? What do you like best about iATS Payments? The automation into our CRM cuts down on manual entry which is very helpful. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? Our company didn't realize when we signed on to iATS that the deposits listed in the reports in iATS weren't the same as the actual deposits made to our bank account. This has caused an incredible amount of additional work in the accounting department. If we had known this at the outset, we wouldn't have chosen iATS for our ...

What do you like best about iATS Payments? The rates are low. Customer service is very helpful. I appreciate the code to set up a donation page on Squarespace. I use Squarespace. The rates are lower than competitors. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? The reporting is not the easiest to access. Everything seems to work correctly. If the coding for Squarespace doesn't already have other font options, I'd love to see other font options. Recommendations to others considering iATS ...

What do you like best about iATS Payments? iATS is a user-friendly platform that is cost-effective even for small nonprofits. One can easily run reports and obtain donor information which assists in improving donor stewardship and retention. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? It has been challenging for us to figure out how to integrate iATS with Salesforce, so we are currently manually transferring donor information from iATS reports to Salesforce. What do you like best about iATS Payments? iATS payments are easy to use, predictable and very clear. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? I can't think of anything missing--maybe better integrations (or more obvious ones) with other platforms. What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? It's easy for us to receive donations.

What do you like best about iATS Payments? Ease of taking payment for online auctions at fundraising events. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? Difficult to get in touch with someone who could reset login credentials due to staff turnover. What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A
