"Soapbox revolutionized our 1:1s"

What do you like best about Hypercontext? The core conceit of the software, that open tasks are carried over between meetings, is brilliant. It prevents items from being lost and creates amazing accountability for managers, like myself, on their 1:1s. What do you dislike about Hypercontext? Very little. I think some of the interfaces could use some work in terms of being intuitive, but that is why I rated them a 9 instead of a 10. They have room to improve, like everyone, and are working to ...

"Excellent tool for simplifying meetings, planning agendas, and taking and distributing notes"

What do you like best about Hypercontext? Soapbox makes it easy for my team to collaborate in putting together agendas for our team meetings, adding items, the meeting description and other important resources. Notetaking is straightforward, easily captured in the app and automatically saved and distributed to attendees once the meeting is finished. Lastly, the Google Calendar and Google Meet integration through Soapbox's Chrome Extension make it simple to link an agenda to a Google Cal ...

"Nifty way to organize meetings with plenty of integrations"

What do you like best about Hypercontext? Easy to use and modern interface that encourages adoption before, during and after meetings. Google calendar, Chrome, and Slack integrations are on point. My favorite feature is the ability to add agenda items using the Slack bot - it helps us instantly fill agendas of future meetings. What do you dislike about Hypercontext? It's a one-use tool for us. Great for keeping track of meetings and agendas, but gets lost in the sea of tools that we have in ...

"SMART Meetings held with intention and structure."

What do you like best about Hypercontext? I like the G-Suite integration and the Chrome extension. The catalogue of meeting types and agenda topics make quickly building an agenda super easy. What do you dislike about Hypercontext? Sometimes the login isn't recognized and it cumbersome to get the calendar side-panel to update once the login has been accomplished in a new window. What problems is Hypercontext solving and how is that benefiting you? Quick and easy access to my meetings and ...

"Makes Meetings Awesome! A must-use tool for us now."

What do you like best about Hypercontext? We were able to jump right in and start using SoapBox for our meetings as we were running them. It's very easy to get set up and using the software. The app helps you to make meetings more productive. You can assign actions to individuals, share agendas with contacts ahead of time, and record notes as you're in a meeting. The integration with 3rd party tools like Google Calendar and Chrome works really well. In short, SoapBox has made our meetings ...

"So Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Hypercontext? I love how simple it is to record, edit, and share a soapbox video. What do you dislike about Hypercontext? I don’t like how the free version doesn’t allow you to download the videos. What problems is Hypercontext solving and how is that benefiting you? I’m sharing product and user instructions in a personal manner with soapbox.

"Hypercontext is great for creating our meeting agendas"

What do you like best about Hypercontext? The layout is user friendly and there are many templates to choose from if you need a starting point. What do you dislike about Hypercontext? I wish there was more flexibility in the text sections and it would be nice to be able to add an attachment as a visual part of the text instead of as a link at the bottom of the section. What problems is Hypercontext solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps to keep up with production management and ...

"Handy for Meetings and Performance Managers"

What do you like best about Hypercontext? Keeping meeting notes organized is a huge help as I used to take notes in several places depending on what was within easy reach. When we first started using it, there were quite a few features that were either missing or needed to be thought through again, but the Hypercontext team is constantly introducing new functionality and updating previous functionality to be better. We've recently started using it for performance reviews and while it's not ...
