CS Accidentally Deletes My Site And Just Shrugs Me Off

The CS accidentally deleted my site. Didn't report it to me either. Only admitted to it when I finally figured out ON MY OWN what happened. They didn't have a backup of the site yet, as he deleted it just a few minutes after I finished creating it. Not only did my hard work, time, and effort get wasted, I got disapproved by my payment processor.
