My sites are new, so have not tested with traffic yet. I am getting good performance without any compatibility or tech issues with more than ten plugins on each of my three sites, which I was getting with my previous provider. There is no live support, but contacted twice and issue was solved within 1 hour. Upgrade to 10 sites plans from 3. I hope service stays the same.

I found support team are not working…

I found support team are not working properly. I gave them a file for migration but they did nothing. Support team response times are very long. So in an emergency, you will not be able to get help from them. The migration tool not working properly.
