"HungerRush System Excellence"

What do you like best about HungerRush? HungerRush has great customer service & fits our franchisee's needs. They are so personable & professional & go out of their way to handle issues needing attention. Their 24/7 Customer support is exceptional! What do you dislike about HungerRush? None. Very happy with it and understand that service times vary due to volume of calls. What problems is HungerRush solving and how is that benefiting you? Software & billing issues.

"HungerRush has been a smooth transition from our old POS System."

What do you like best about HungerRush? The overall system use has given us the opportunity to house all of the main components of a POS system into one place. "Many changes in the last few years- next few changes look to be great additions"

What do you like best about HungerRush? I like the consistent access to the Support team, the sleek view of the mobile and desktop app provided, the responsiveness of our Customer Success Manager (Rachel C), and the extensive reporting options the system offers. "Very Good Register System"

What do you like best about HungerRush? System actually works. Broadcasting and managing the menu online is time saving. What do you dislike about HungerRush? Monthly cost and would like to be able to develop or modify existing reports What problems is HungerRush solving and how is that benefiting you? "Excellent In All That Matters"

What do you like best about HungerRush? Easy system to use. Anyone with limited tech abilities should be able to operate and manage the system. Employees with limited to zero tech abilities can take a nd manage orders. Tech support is second to none. Always there, and almost always resolves the issue on the first call. What do you like best about HungerRush? Ease of use. Integrated web and credit card processing. Good Technical Support team which is typically able to resolve issues first call.
