What do you like best about Human Interest 401(k)? What I like most about Human Interest is that it is extremely user friendly. From the admin side to the employee side, it is very easy to navigate. They also have a fantasic implementation plan to get everything up and running by the date you would like to start. They also have integration options for some payroll services making it even easier. What do you like best about Human Interest 401(k)? I like that it was simple to understand from an ownership standpoint. To set up and implement in the company, with no having to be a computer or tech savy person. And it is very affordable to get a smaller company involved in retirement benefits for employees.

What do you like best about Human Interest 401(k)? We recently transfered to Human Interest from another 401k provider. I couldn't believe how simple and streamlined the transfer and onboarding process was! The Human Intererst team guided and supported our firm throughout the transition. As the plan administrator for our company, I was very pleased with how quickly and efficiently they got our new plan set up!

What do you like best about Human Interest 401(k)? We use Human Interest for both our payroll/HR clients and our own employees internally. The user interface is fantastic - very easy to use. The API integration is also fanastic. We've had to use EDI file integrations with other vendors in the past, and they're absolutely terrible. An API takes away a lot of the integration frustrations.

I have been very happy to recommend Human Interest for clients who have a payroll department that needs a great partner who can act as a force multiplier. Human interest is very easy to set up and intergrates very well with most payroll platforms so there is very little manual work to offer a great 401k benefit

What do you like best about Human Interest 401(k)? The Human Interest portal is very user friendly, efficent but has a very high end look. You can easily make changes within the portal, request a loan, etc. all within clicks of a button. This makes Human Interest very appealable especially for organizations trying to face life their offerings. The no fees for so many services is also a huge plus and benefit to employees.

What do you like best about Human Interest 401(k)? Human Interest has allowed our staff to have more control over their investment and see in real-time how their money is working for them. Due to the simplicity of the interface, our 403b participation has increased and employees can make changes to their deductions on the Human Interest site then the 360 EDI feed, will update their payroll profile, making it convenient and efficient for HR and payroll.
