What do you like best about Humaans? I love the fact the tool does one thing, really really well and facilitates you to integrate the rest of your stack into the platform! What do you like best about Humaans? Intuitive and user-friendly. Allows many reports and visual dashboards. All HR basic features are included (database, time management, reporting). The possibility to create workflows is also very helpful and easy (for instance for onboarding/offboarding). The support offered by the team is amazing (responsive, helpful, kind).

What do you like best about Humaans? Humaans is simple to use, no-nonsense and supports all of the integrations I want from an HRIS. They don't over-complicate things or spread themselves too thinly - they make interacting with our employee data incredibly easy, whether that is getting employees to use the self service feature or making updates as an admin.
