"Hubspot Review"
What do you like best about HubSpot Service Hub? Hubspot is very user friendly, almost anyone can figure out how to use it and utilize it efficiently. Other softwares we have used require long, grueling training. However, Hubspot is very simple to use.

"Intuitive and convenient"
What do you like best about HubSpot Service Hub? I like how all of my tasks and information is all in one place. We even use a support chat to talk with customers directly in Hubspot, where we can easily access customer information.

What do you like best about HubSpot Service Hub? It's one of the most fluid CRM I've used so far; the interface is super intuitive and easy to get a grip on once you start using it. Comparing to others CRM i've used this one is for sure my favorite.

What do you like best about HubSpot Service Hub? Support tickets can easily be sorted by team or representative. Easily tagging others is super helpful. Our teams need to be able to report on service tickets. Service Hub allows us to categorize and run reports with ease.

What do you like best about HubSpot Service Hub? The workflows are net superior to other CRM solutions, our agents prefer the pipeline/stages view for their workload, compared to traditional tickets (like Zendesk), as it increased their efficiency.
