"It is overall good, complicated, but the service is always easy to get."

What do you like best about HubSpot Service Hub? That it connects everything so I do not need to use multiple platforms and the fact that you can almost always get instant help. I likee how you can integrate other sotware systems with Hubspot an really collect everything

What do you like best about HubSpot Service Hub? I like that it helps me manage my sales processes and fasten communications with clients with the templates, snippets, sequences, and other tools that enable me and my team to reach a wider scope of our prospects and customers

"Very useful, easy to use, jam packed with easily digestible information, and immensely resourceful."

What do you like best about HubSpot Service Hub? I really like the tickets. When you click on one of the folders, it has all the information you need. The company card has vital information and is really nice to have along with the contact card. It makes my job a lot easier to have it all in one place.

What do you like best about HubSpot Service Hub? I have used Hubspot's Knowledge Base to create our product's help section. The whole process was straightforward, and the fact that the help section had many templates and was very customizable was great. We also liked the fact that you can create your own user's lists to give access to users to the help section.
