"still getting to know the system, but it is pretty intuitive"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? There is a lot of funtionality on the HubSpot Sales Hub. Still working my way throught it. The basics however, are easy to get up and running quickly. The software integrates with most of the communication tools are were working with prior to implementing HubSpot. The software allowed our team to combine sales and marketing efforts into one platform easily.

Great compared to Salesforce
Great compared to alternatives like Salesforce. Much more intuitive UI. The sales person was able to answer questions effectively. But the most impressive part was the implementation, which gave me access to somebody massively talented, who honestly knew Hubspot inside out and really got us up and running with it effectively. We now rely on it for loads.

Great platform functionality, superb customer support, worthwhile investment
Love the platform, highly functional and easy to use, great account management and tech support staff. A little on the expensive side, but team always happy to review usage and suggest cost-saving approaches. Highly recommended.

USER BEWARE! Classic bait and switch
Website is confusing on purpose. What Looks like promised functionality with a certain subscription level but was limited and then requires another higher subscription. Total bait and switch. How do they stay in business? Used my annual subscription for 5 days and requested a refund, even partial and they said no. Never will do business or recommend hubspot.
