I actually feel sick to my stomach. Interested in CRM Suite Starter. 1. It is not possible to get a trial period, which means that you as a customer must sign/pay for a subscription without being completely sure that it suits you. 2. I ask the support, - Can I cancel my subscription at any time, if I am not satisfied, if I choose Pay Monthly? The answer is YES without reservation. 3. Misled at sign up!

Had a horrific experience with this company, who pressured me to sign up repeatedly offering discounts, without explaining that they do no set up at all, and that to get this done you need to pay a hugely expensive additional cost externally for someone to implement the system - a very laborious and complicated process! They will now not let me out of our contract, despite not explaining this to me correctly at the beginning and have threatened me with further action if I halt payments. We ...

"Hubspot is my Fav CRM"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I love how Hubspot listens to you and adds features that are needed. I asked for A/B testing and it was implemented shortly after. Also, it is easy to sequence, keep my prospects straight, and make sure all of my deals are catagroized properly so I can effectively make sure each one is given the attention it needs. Also, integrations are very easy to connect and utilize.

"Using Hubspot for 4+ years"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I love the cohesiveness of the platform and how easy they make it to keep track of your leads. You're able to have customized email templates, a sequence flow, reminders, tasks and automatic outreach. It eliminates hours out of my day.

Hubspot barely works

Hubspot barely works - the integration with Outlook is buggy, and it's unreliable on Macs as well. They have got very good at 'sales' - and we were sucked in - but the bills keep going up and up, and they hide the fees in the way they label order forms. There's some clever features in the system, but it's simply not reliable enough to be taken seriously.
