What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? It has free plan that provide the basic CRM functionality, as well as paid plans that offers more advanced capabilities and it's providing certification for free.

Deeply regret migrating to HubSpot

Deeply regret migrating to HubSpot. There are glitches in very basic functions and a new "issue" seems to arise at least a few times a week. The tech support is beyond terrible and simple issues take weeks to get addressed. My team has wasted literally hours helping their tech team "troubleshoot". For the price, why doesn't the product just work? We didn't sign up for this pricey product expecting it still is apparently in beta development. Royal disappointment. I'd strongly recommend ...

Got kicked and need to pay to retrieve account

Spended over 2 hours creating my first mail and I got kicked from my account. In order to access it again, I need to pay the premium plan to receive customer support and they might evaluate if I can access my account again. WITHOUT GUARANTEES!! Crazy end of my day.. never using hubspot again

"Best tool to manage Sales pipeline"

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Hubspot Sales Hub has been instrumental in bringing all things together. I have been able to have all the leads generated through marketing campaigns, inbound and outbound campaigns into deals and I am able to qualify them and move them into the next stages seamlessly.

"Packed with functionality even in free version -plan to upgrade to paid in time."

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? It's very easy to use. It helps me keep control over my contacts, It automatically creates contacts for me from any email I send. I can see when my contacts open my emails. I can log my calls.

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I like that the Marketing Hub which is part of HubSpot CRM helps marketers in my team stay focused on data. I like the fact that by using the full CRM platform, marketers can align with sales in a way that helps them prove ROI and validate investments.
