Recommended
We are on the free plan. After six months, we believe it is a quite simple tool to use, considering its size and structural complexity. As an add-on to the community-based support, a second-level ticket-based staff support would have been welcome. (This is available for the paid plans.) This subtracts one star from an otherwise five-star rating. Recommended.

"Sidekick ( Now Sales) has made selling so easy and organised"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? Using Hubspot primarily for sales and account management activities. Features like sequences, email templates & workflows along with their close integration with the CRM makes selling, following up and tracking prospect activity so easy and efficient.

What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? HubSpot is a simple, yet very powerful tool. On one hand, it is very easy to use for beginners. On the other hand - it provides really rich and powerful functionality for professionals. I learn new stuff every day!
