User Friendly Apps
Since the whole Covid-19 started, we have had to start doing things differently when it comes to hiring and having an online application has helped us out tremendously. We then added W-4 and I9 forms.Happy customer!

Hr Direct got it right with these smart apps!
What do you like best? I love these smart apps. I like that I can see and use all of my human resource apps in one place. I like that I can have my employees use the Time Off Request app to put their time that they will be out in the app and for as the admin to approve or deny the request. What do you dislike? I can't really think of anything that I dislike about the HR Direct Smart Apps. Each of the apps that they have are perfect for my business. I guess if I had to pick one ...

This is a great app for our small…
This is a great app for our small organization. Previously, the staff kept hand written records. Now we have a method for employees to request time off and we can track leave balances. The app is easy to navigate.

Love this for my small business
I have used the smart apps for a few years now and I have been a fan. I started with the employee records free app and it was very helpful keeping my employee records in order. I bought the job application smart app last year and it has been very easy to use and made the application process much easier for applicants and for myself to review those applications. Now, this year, the smart apps released a "schedule publisher" app, and wow! I love this. I can easily create the schedules for ...

Company Policies - Must have during COVID for sure!
The Company Policies Smart App is a must have for quick yet necessary changes to company policies. This app has allowed me to change policies as needed with current events, and recent covid changes, and communicate these changes to my employees, while keeping my business in compliance. The Smart Apps people have lawyers and have pre-loaded this app with many policies I can pick up and use without having to do any research or writing myself. Very awesome!
