What do you like best about HR Acuity? HR Acuity meets our company's needs very well. The system is very intuitive to use. The tool is clear and easy to enter/find data. The reporting is very useful. The support - from implementation to present - has been fantastic. The ongoing webinars are extremely helpful and informative.

"Best in class ER case & internal investigations platform"
What do you like best about HR Acuity? HR Acuity is designed for ER and internal investigations. We are able to use it off the shelf without expensive and time consuming customizations. The team is very reponsive to our needs and listens to our inputs when designing the roadmap for future features. The tool has helped us improve consistency of documentation and helps team members follow our internal processes since the steps in the tool match our process.

What do you like best about HR Acuity? The HR Acuity products are amazing, but what really sets them apart from all others is the level of customer service. You’re never just a number to getting support from multiple people. You have an assigned expert for your support.

The involved party history is extremely helpful as it gives you immediate insite into previous cases the involved parties have been involved in without having to go search for that information.
