I have used other platforms for our roofing company, and when I found Housecall, it was a game-changer. It allows me to keep constant contact with the customers and keep them updated. One of my favorite features is the ability to notify the client that we have scheduled their appointment, when we are on our way, and when the project is finished. The add-on for the proposals is another great feature too. It makes our bids look more professional. I wish it could provide customized contracts ...
