TERRIBLE MARKETING PROGRAM

This rating is NOT based on my customer service experience. Rather, it is in reference to the lack of marketing tools currently offered on Housecall Pro. We have to use a third-party to send our monthly mailers & 6 month reminders due to the fact that Housecall Pro does not have a system in which it can send these for our customers automatically. We left Service Monster in Jan, 2021 and came to Housecall Pro, but I can tell you this, Service Monster's marketing programs far exceed Housecall ...

Love the App

Love the App! It helps streamline dispatch and makes for easy instant payment from customers after a job is completed. As a licensed electrical contractor I highly recommend HouseCall pro to any service pro looking to grow their business into a highly efficient, competitive and proper company.

Hasn't improved software issues. Example sales tax changes constantly . Call me for more examples

I love work with HCP

I love work with HCP. I just have started and there are many defining variables on how to get help and they all work in different ways. The only thing that needs help is that in some videos the interface program lags behind.
