What do you like best? I like the usefulness of all the employees being able to see the schedule when it comes out from any device, and how easy it is to give up, or pick up shifts and get it approved by a manager. The team member perspective is great - from the app they can message leaders or other co-workers, they can check their schedule, release shifts, put in requests for time off etc. Schedule making - it is leaps and bounds beyond our old software. What do you like best? What I like best about HotSchedules is the simple convenience of checking your work schedule. Especially in restaurant business when your schedules isn't always the same week to week, it is important to always know when your next shift is.
