What do you like best? HotSchedules was super easy to use and it made seeing shifts and schedules super convenient. Releasing shifts and picking up shifts was an easy transaction as well. What do you like best? HotSchedules is a great app used for scheduling, as well as keeping in touch with employees and managers. I really enjoyed how easy it was to send messages to the entire staff at once. It is also very clear when shifts are up for grabs, and this app makes it so easy to pick up and release shifts. Great scheduling system

What do you like best? Schedule templates and skill levels cut the confusion out of scheduling for larger operations. What do you dislike? Very little Spanish language support. Decent App, but can't review total hours worked in a year, unlike other apps.

What do you like best? It is easy to request shifts and look up past shifts. What do you dislike? It took a while to find out how to look up which co-workers I am working with. Also, the app does not display the total hours worked and does not display a whole month at a time, or I have not been able to figure out how. Quick and easy way to view schedule!

What do you like best? HotSchedules makes viewing my schedule very easy. When I need a shift covered, the app makes it very easy to maneuver. My favorite feature is syncing my schedule to my phones calendar so that it will then alert me an hour and 30 minutes before my shift that I’m working. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Nothing for me, but it would work well for someone else. What do you dislike? There are instructions to cancel your contract but HotSchedules is not honoring their own procedure, which was published on their website. Labor Numbers are always accurate

What do you like best? I love the accuracy with the numbers and how easy it is to find what you need. The labor report from the schedule is super easy to read and convenient because there are different ways to read it using the tabs n the bottom. What do you dislike? I don't like how you have to go to a different place on the website to enter the daily sales goal for the week. I feel like it should be near or on the scheduling page instead of the reports.
