What do you like best? Simplicity of design and operation. This functionality needs to be easy for a restaurateur to operate and they do this in spades. What do you dislike? I have yet to interact with a piece of the scheduling software that I have issues with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hot Schedules makes organizing staff information quite easy and reduces the time required to update and communicate with staff.

Streamlined scheduling

What do you like best? Most helpful is ease of use! The program is intuitive, easy to use, and very user friendly for staff. I also love the effortless shift swap, approval, and roster features! What do you dislike? I'm still working on figuring out the hours for employees as there seems to be a discrepancy, and I'm sure it's an easy fix that I haven't been able to dig into yet. What do you like best? There isn't really one specific feature that I liked best about this program. It doesn't come with any bells or whistles so in that regard its pretty easy to use. As a manager and administrator you are very limited in scheduling and communication abilities. What do you dislike? It doesn't have any program features that will blow you away. I like being able to view, create and tweak your schedule more conveniently via the logbook and reporting feature of the app. I also like being able to see who I'll be working with and the total number of hours I'll be working on a weekly basis. Because of the messaging feature that enables email and text notifications and shows colleague's contact information, it's so easy to show my availability and communicates with the team.
