What do you like best? I like the fact that it is all computerized and employees are able to input their own requests. What do you dislike? With all technology, there are some flaws. Sometimes there are errors made by employees. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? HotSchedules definitely makes scheduling less time consuming.

What do you like best? Easy to use, self explanatory, a good tool with the digitization of the workforce. Actually kind of fun to use - you feel like you're part of a legitimate team.
