What do you like best about Hotjar? Session recording is awesome and gives great insight into where your customers are struggling with visibility of u turns and rage clicks. "Essential for UX metrics"
What do you like best about Hotjar? It's incredible how you can watch your users in their own context, in a very natural and organic way, navigating through your website. What do you dislike about Hotjar? Nothing in mind, I really like using Hotjar. What problems is Hotjar solving and how is that benefiting you? When I interview people I always think about the difference between what people say they do and what people really do. When watching screen recordings, that's 100% what people do.
