We have recently made a mistake while buying a higher plan in Hotjar. We have contacted Hotjar's support. The response came in a few minutes and they have resolved our problem in a matter of moments. The support specialist was also very nice. And the platform works well too.

What do you like best about Hotjar? I love the heatmap function, so it tells me where people click on my website and where do they stop scrolling. Nothing - easy interface, strong value, fast take-aways What problems is Hotjar solving and how is that benefiting you? The heatmap capability has always been strong and I gain quick insights from tracking user behavior and then taking next, resulting improvement steps.
