Hotello-PMS is a great software program and my experience after learning the basis is good.

What do you like best? After you learn the basics of the program it becomes easier to use. Creating reservations for clients was a breeze after using the software for a month or two. Easy product

What do you like best? User friendly, easy to understand and does not take long to learn to use this PMS. What do you dislike? Because of our poor server, sometimes Hotello can be really slow. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work in the reservations department so I always use the Availability window to see the hotel's occupancy, number of rooms old, etc. I also use this window to upgrade guests.
