What do you like best about Hotel Effectiveness? Hotel effectiveness has all of the tools in one spot to keep everyone in the loop and on track. It makes sure people are working their scheduled hours and helps us plan for the upcoming week. The daily labor check in is a great tool for all of the departments to take advantage of. What do you like best about Hotel Effectiveness? Easy to use from both an end user and administrator perspective. Training inside the tool is also extremely well done. What do you dislike about Hotel Effectiveness? I would like to see more consolidated group reporting. I know this is something that they are working on. What problems is Hotel Effectiveness solving and how is that benefiting you? Correct staffing to help reduce hours and costs without impacting the business.
