Best pms

After looking for a software for quite some time, I can say that Hostify is the best pms I have seen. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and forward thinking company with an excellent team of smart, educated, dedicated and enthusiastic staff. Their Channel Manager is really good, they connect to Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, Vrbo and much more.

swift customer service, available 24/7 incl weekends. Reply rate is usually within an hour, which is phenomenal for a customer service in this industry! hostify itself has all necessary features to manage multiple properties across all essential OTAs and allows to integrate with most of the existing services in the industry (pricing tools, upsell services, etc). Those guys are awesome !!!

Those guys are awesome !!! Great and very user-friendly platform. It has every feature I need to manage my 16 properties across all top OTAs and more. Their support knows how to help with adequate information, not just auto-responses. Highly recommend. Cheers mates, keep up the good work !

My account manager is the BEST

I like the UX, even thought is not that easy to use. The attention I´ve received from my account manager is trully the best. I´ve had a couple of issues though: 1) The Stripe Integration is not working for me, 90% of all my reservations are marked as failed o error 2) The TASKs plataform does not work at all, every time my staff tries to use it, the app closes, the checklists are to short, only 10 items and is very slow.

24/7 Customer service…really!?

24/7 Customer service is what is advertised and the initial reply always states “We typically reply in a few minutes” but their call center is located in Indonesia or somewhere so there is ALWAYS a delayed response and the Hostify calendar is behind by 1 Day and they are not available on weekends. Recent mixup in pricing was so badly mishandled by Hostify staff that weeks passed before someone from their support team finally responded directly with a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude. The ...
