Hostfully was a total disaster

Hostfully was a total disaster. We bought and paid for the product, then after about a week they turned off syncing with all platforms and refused to turn it back on until you sit through one of there sales demonstrations. This was not part of the terms and conditions of the sale. I would NOT recommend this platform for Air BnB hosts.

shocking support when you experience system issues!

may i wish you not to experience any bugs using the system. For when you do, do wish for many other people having the same problem, in order for this company to take it seriously! Whilst junior support is very nice and responsive, do not wish to speak to anyone senior! Absolutely shocking. I am cancelling!

Absolutely shocking - avoid

Absolutely shocking, at first they promise you the world and get you set up with an onboarding specialist which to be fair mine was very nice, however I started to notice problems after fully set up such as if a guest books more than one room this has to be manually adjusted and that in booking.com it does not show your bathroom info if you have apartments and constantly syncs out your bathroom information. There was also an issue with the reporting where data is not being pulled accurately ...

Something is seriously wrong

Something is seriously wrong. No one is responding to serious issues. Their software isn’t working. They allowed a booking through under 31 days when it was set not to. The toy tax was not charged even though it was set to. The cleaning fee was not charged. I’ve reached out over and over no response. This is after two years with them. Something terrible is happening it’s costing me thousands. And no one is helping. Don’t go with them!

This is our first experience with short term rentals and we have been so happy with the staff at Hostfully. They have been instrumental in our success in renting our condo out.
