I would give it 3 stars because I find…
I would give it 3 stars because I find quite a few positive points, but it needs a lot of improvements in functionality and especially fewer bugs (I have a list of bugs that are still pending and a lot in the voice). The support is responsive, although getting clear answers can sometimes be tedious. But I really like the bot. Compared to other apps, I don't think it's a mediocre software.

A great choice!
We joined Hostfully just over a year ago! We are so glad we did here at VNG Property. The team and assistance from the on boarding to the custom edits to help our team and company manage our software has been great! The team is super helpful and everything runs smoothly.

Truyen and Hostfully have helped us…
Truyen and Hostfully have helped us improve our guest experience 100fold. So much of our business is now systemised and Information is so much more accessible for Guests now we are using their full service. Definitely recommend it to other hosts. Thanks guys.

The overall experience has been good
The overall experience has been good. I do enjoy how much can be managed by my mobile device. We are still having issues with remote lock and Yale. Not that it is Hostfully’s fault. But, we used Brivo for our locks with Guesty and were overall happy. Since the change we have yet to have a smooth process. The app has been difficult over the last month. Freezing up at time and not allowing me to reply to guests. It seems it has been better.

Needs work
We switched to Hostfully because we were sold on the fact that we could make a call and get an issue resolved. Not the case. Chat bot. Help button and maybe hours later someone responds after we’re away from the computer. AND it seems like our app freezer all the time.
