I love the fact that help is minutes…

I love the fact that help is minutes away! I get quick resolve everytime I am in need of help. Sending the articles first is a good way for me to try and figure out what I need to do, but if not help is on its way within a few minutes. I love Hostfully! This has made my work a lot easier!

I enjoy the ability that I can automate my client's questions to one place instead of answering each question individually. This platform helps me guide my clientele to the various points of interest as well as directions to/from our place.

What do you like best about Hostfully - Property Management Platform? Hostfully is an easy to use property management software, with VERY good customer service and responsive to customer suggestions. Barrier to entry too steep - $600 for configuration

Seems like a great product after reviewing all the documentation (videos need a lot of help as most of the items are blurred out). The setup fee is $600 before you even have a chance to play around. They have no demo login to even try things out. They claim that it takes a while to configure the backend, but many other applications such as Tokeet and Guesty do that nicely without too much hassle. Hostfully is inexpensive but you pay for it one way or another. I have been using their services for 2 years. They have a bug and I got a reservation after my reservation hours. The reservation went through via Booking.com; the condo hotel checked in the guest into a room and I had to pay for their nightly stay. It cost me $520. I set up the reservation window with Hostfully's customer experience rep and even Hostfully recognized that it was a bug. They're sorry for the bug!! Their fees are ...
