"Hostaway's quick and professional Customer Service"
What do you like best about Hostaway? Great overview of our bookings and communications in one platform. Fantastic customer service that follows up quickly to our queries. Always updating the platform. What do you dislike about Hostaway? The only downside is that we find their Mobile App insufficient. Everytime I have a question for the Hostaway Support Team ..
Everytime I have a question for the support team of Hostaway I get help really quick and concise. The follow up time is quick despite the time zone difference. Also, when I have something I want to solve or make easier in the system for me or my team members, the Hostaway Support is very friendly and resourceful in helping us out.
