Andrew was our Hostaway Customer…
Andrew was our Hostaway Customer Success Engineer (Trainer/Integration). He saw us through all aspects of learning the software in addition to integrating our Chanels to Hostaway. We manage 61 properties and continually add to our portfolio. Hostaway provides us with more time to manage daily operations with ease and significantly reduces office and computer time. "Great Hostaway On-boarding experience"
What do you like best about Hostaway? Adam was flexible in scheduling. The process was done at our pace. We enjoyed being walked through the process instead of someone just sending over a slideshow. Having a live person to speak with that is not just an employee but also a user was very nice. What do you dislike about Hostaway? Would have liked all systems integrated with the initial setup. "Excellent customer support. Lacking some important features."
What do you like best about Hostaway? Billy has been offering us support in getting started with Hostaway and been very helpful. What do you dislike about Hostaway? A few features that we find important are not offered in Hostaway. Luckily with Billy's support we may find work arounds. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? I'd like a report that easily shows us who owes us money. Currently there isn't one that we know of. Hopefully this will change soon.

What do you like best about Hostaway? Fantastic software, very user friendly and am (almost) computer illiterate! So much functionality, makes holiday property management as automated as I could imagine. Thanks Alessandra! What do you dislike about Hostaway? The integrations are a little tricky still. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Channel management, automatic guest communications and cleaning tasks.

What do you like best about Hostaway? The support. At Peaceful Retreats, the support given by our onboarding specialist, Uvindu, was and is phenomenal. I though our properties would be onboarded and then we would be on our own, but Uvindu and Hostaway's entire support team has been and is still there for each growth step of our way :) What do you dislike about Hostaway? What do you like best about Hostaway? Hostaway is very powerful and simple to use. Reservations and price management is really easy and transparent. Great communication with your guests thanks to a unified inbox with WhatsApp. The real game changer for us is a task management- you can assign and preview everything that has to be done and do it also from the mobile app! What do you like best about Hostaway? Multi-channel management Auto-task assignment Dynamic pricing integration Auto messages and templates Direct booking website What do you dislike about Hostaway? A little pricy, listing platforms offer a lot of the same features for free just not integrated as well as HostAway. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Automating a lot of the day-to-day system processes.
