I terminated my contract with hostaway almost 6 months back, as the customer service never responded to an emails or tickets raised for day to day troubleshooting. I emailed customer service multiple times for a single issue and never got any response from customer service, then had to email the sales consultant who signed me up for hostaway, finally got some response. From platform integration, calendar syncing and task management, Hostaway has already paid for itself in terms of time management and guest organization. What do you dislike about Hostaway? Direct website features could be more robust with greater customization, in terms of design elements. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? There is not much, other than the way to give check in instructions, I wish there was a section similar to airbnb What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you?
