What do you like best about Hostaway? Hostaway is very easy to integrate with the most important complimentary softwares such as Pricelabs and Airbnb. I like how user friendly it is and reliable. I also really appreciate the customer/technical support team. What do you dislike about Hostaway? It would be super awesome to add more automated SMS communication features to Users (cleaners) in regards to the cleaning schedule. Such as "New {listing} Cleaning in Addition on {checkout date}" ...

What do you like best about Hostaway? Compiling all info into one dashboard and getting a personalized booking engine and website. It allows me to cut third-party hosting platforms out of the deal. Love it. What do you dislike about Hostaway? I don't like the pricing structure, being charged $30/listing. I'd prefer to be charged $30/unit. For multi-unit properties, that can be charged for Space One and Space Two, or both together, the cost gets high quick, even though only one group of ...

What do you like best about Hostaway? Integration with multiple channels and Owner Payment simplicity. What do you dislike about Hostaway? It's too soon to tell as we are still in implementation. I have found a few features that would improve the workflow for housekeeping. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Integration with multiple channels is cumbersome for managing Owner Payments. I hope that Hostaway will assist in the automation.

Great Costumer Service

The software is really great to manage property rentals on a large scale, simple to use, and really intuitive. But the best thing is customer service. Support is always there to help out.
