Helpful onboarding process

The onboarding was very detailed and thorough. It is a robust platform and some parts are not very intuitive, so having the onboarding support was very instrumental to get us up and running quickly. I will learn more as I go, and the video tutorials are helpful.

I can not understand how Hostaway has so many stars... It works fine until you have a problem and start to loose revenue because of the lack of support. I have switched from another PMS that did not have that many stars but online support was amazing and I got everything that I needed done in minutes, but I wanted something better and was fooled by the reviews for Hostaway.
