Onboarding and software
Just finished the onboarding with Mohamed Wazeer. He is super knowledgeable and patient. There is a lot of information and we moved quickly but I was able to ask questions/clarifications through email later on. The product itself has been helpful in streamlining my processes and I'm looking forward to direct bookings.

Smooth Onboarding
We had an Onboarding experience with Shabeeb in 5 separate calls. He is very knowladgable, helped with all of our questions and especially mine bc I had quite a lot. He sent the records of our calls right away for our reference and kept ensuring us that support and him will be available for any of our future assistance requests. Great on boarding
Akeeshan is great to talk to and deal with. With the last 4 on-boarding calls he made sure everything was clear before moving to the next step. I do hope the tech team will be as helpful as him.
