"My Hostaway Experience"
What do you like best about Hostaway? Great platform that integrates all the main STR channels, automated messaging and the ability to see all the channels in one place What do you dislike about Hostaway? Very rudimentary direct webpage - the calendar function doesn't work well on it and needed some tweaking , but that is a compromise. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Multi channel price, calendar and message management

"Fantastic PMS and Customer Service"
What do you like best about Hostaway? Customer service is amazing. They helped me adjust the software to my specific needs doing both short term and mid term rentals. "One of the best managing programs out there"
What do you like best about Hostaway? Making our jobs eaier , collecting all clients in one clear to see page, easy to use and continiously updating services and adding new features. Existing features are will thought and most of them are very useful to have. What do you dislike about Hostaway? So far, so good.
The system is intuitive, and quite simple. So far, everything is ok. Our mentor - Malou has given 100% and we are very happy with the onboarding process. Hostaway support team was taking a bit too long to answer our queries, but in the everything was resolved. Hopefully it doesn't repeat in the future.

"Hostaway review"
What do you like best about Hostaway? price and ease of use. Simple and intuitive and lots of features to automate client communications. What do you dislike about Hostaway? Nothing at the moment, everthing either meets or exceeds my expectations. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Controlling the bookings for multiple online booking channels, automating guest commications and providing financial/booking analytical insights.

"Good onboarding service"
What do you like best about Hostaway? It is a good and easy to use platform. Our Consultant Shabeeb knows how to set up our account in a clear way and with patience. We are very satisfied with the onboarding so far! What do you dislike about Hostaway? We just joined Hostaway so we need to gain further experience in the coming months. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? to operate all channels from 1 dashboard and to have an overview of all tasks.

I am a legacy user of Hostaway. The software has always been a little clunky, but offered full integrations and many useful features at an affordable flat rate. However, I recently found out that they were STEALING from me through the Stripe payments integration. Without any notice or consent they started charging a 1% application fee on top of the normal network processing fee for all payments. I didn’t even notice until I did my quarterly reports. Great onboarding experience with Mohamed
Great onboarding experience at Hostaway. Mohamed was easy to work with. He took his time to explain to me and the rest of the team every feature step by step, very patiently might I add. He followed on every single doubt and email we had. He made this transition into using Hostaway both smooth and enjoyable.

Happy customer so far
Very happy with Hostaway so far, user friendly with loads of functionality, some of which other providers charge extra. Calendar excellent as well as the app. Onboarding was great, Margherita @ Hostaway was really professional, approachable and a pleasure to deal with. We built a new website using Hostaway booking engine which works brilliantly.
