Customer Service exceeded my expectations! I was able to resolve multiple matters in 30 minutes with the help of Jerren at Hostaway! My onboarding specialist Sebastian Yepes was awesome to work with because he was knowledgeable, prepared, and great to communicate with!

What do you like best about Hostaway? Complete integration of everything. ease of use. What do you dislike about Hostaway? Monthly training to help users take advantage of the full software. Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. When you have an issue you need addressed you cannot ever speak to someone on the phone and when you submit a request to have an issue addressed , after waiting a week they just tell you read a help article that doesn’t help solve the issue. Do not waste your money! Hostaway doesn’t connect with VRBO correctly or as advertised.

What do you like best about Hostaway? It seems that Hostaway will make my job easier and hopefully turn into more revenue. It just needs kind of computer skills to take all the advantages of the platform and also some time to prepare everything, but I am sure that once all the info is set there, it will be worth every penny invested.
