Great onboarding experience.
Learning something new is always a challenge but it sure makes it easier and more enjoyable when you have a great onboarding specialist! Franz was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had during our calls. He was also very patient and clear in his instruction. Hostaway provides many helpful tools that I'm sure will be helpful in our new adventures with short term vacation rentals.

Excellent App and even better customer service
The Hostaway App is 2nd to none and will truly bring my business to the next level. But, what has made the onboarding experience so great was Franz, my onboarding specialist. Franz was extremely knowledgeable about the product and just a great people person.

"Extensive Capabilities and Great Support"
What do you like best about Hostaway? There are so many things we like about HostAway. Besides the obvious of having one central location to manage all of our listings on all of our channels, we really like all of the partners that are integrated with HostAway.
