We just opened Motel Bear Lake in May 2023, and it wouldn't be possible without Hostway. We use it for reservation management, as our website and direct booking host, marketplace management with Airbnb and Expedia, direct lock integration with schlage, automated guest communication, financial reporting and more. What do you like best about Hostaway? Host away is a great platform for short term rental property management. It has very useful features and most important for me is the financial reporting. You can customize the fields extensively, which is one of the reasons I switched over from Hospitable. I have to give Andrew, one of the executive support staff a 10 star rating. Hostaway or Lodgify

Having on boarded with both companies Hostaway is hands down far superior. Very different feel to the businesses with Lodgify looking to extract the most amount of money from you without offering any service and Hostaway looking to give you as much help as you need. Wish we had used Hostaway to start with.

Great onboarding experience.

Learning something new is always a challenge but it sure makes it easier and more enjoyable when you have a great onboarding specialist! Franz was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had during our calls. He was also very patient and clear in his instruction. Hostaway provides many helpful tools that I'm sure will be helpful in our new adventures with short term vacation rentals.
