"Onboarding Process Super Easy & Seamless!"

What do you like best about Hostaway? The user interface is excellent & easy to grasp; love that there are so many features already built-in, combined with ability to customize! My instructor Farshad was very knowledgeble and made set-up a breeze; I appreciated his simple explanations and our sessions were quite productive without spending a ton of time, which I was grateful for as a bust business operator. "Great Experience !"

What do you like best about Hostaway? Easy onbording, Farshad was amazing. A lot of great options on the plateforme and it will save us a lot of time ! What do you dislike about Hostaway? I would like to have a traduction option on the booking engine :) What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Automate a lot of tasks and resume all the information at one place

Great management software for short-term rentals

These guys know what they're doing. We have used their service for six months and everything keeps on evolve to the better - and te pricing is upfront and transparent. Their support is SO quick. I think every support ticket have been resolved within hours (even on NYE).

"Amazing program and great onboarding"

What do you like best about Hostaway? Very clear dashboard, user friendliness, and loads of options. The onboarding was also very helpful and extensive with great contact with Shabeeb. What do you dislike about Hostaway? There are a few features that they could add to improve, which we already discussed during onboarding. But just minor things, nothing mayor at the moment. What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you? Needed an overview to manage all sites together

Their software is so simple and easy to…

Their software is so simple and easy to use. Integrations are seamless and when I needed help with something they followed up and followed through and took care of me. No gliches and no issues along with amazing customer service is why I am giving Hostaway 5 stars.

"Hostaway/Farshad"

What do you like best about Hostaway? It is a great all-in-one solution. This is far better than our old platforms, Hospitable and Lodgify. Pretty easy to navigate, but there is lots of room for improvement. The calendar is excellent. The inbox is excellent. Farshad was very helpful with setting us up, even weeks after going live. I can honestly count on him more than contacting support directly. I am pretty happy with the mobile app. Again, there is lots of room for improvement there too. ...
