We have several Financial Formula questions and Shakira Mohammed did a great job assisting us.

Not for the low listing inventory (less than 10) property manager.

Despite aggressive marketing to attract small business, low listing totals, property managers This product is not for property managers of less than 10 properties. The onboarding is ridiculously complicated and although the onboarding specialists are extensively knowledgeable of the product, you only get one shot with them and then you have to rely on the less than competent support staff that are in short supply. There is no toll free number so I’m spending high costs on long distance fees ...

Hostaway has been a great addition to our business. From the communication tools to the integrations it allows with our other resources, we couldn't be happier using this system. Ernesto L makes it happen! I had a few quirks to my onboarding with Hostaway. I knew what I wanted but there were some challenges (multi-country, multi-currency).
