Great onboarding

Margharita , the onboarding employee, is great, she goes through everything and helps you set up the whole thing, she is really knowledgeable and amazing actitud The only thing they have to improve is the app , its missing many essentials tools, you can use the movil browser but doesnt work so smooth

This is a review of their sales process…

This is a review of their sales process rather than their product, i was reviewing over 30 channel manager software products and hostway got on the shortlist of the final 3. I read a review here that they sneak in an additional 1% processing fee on all payments, on top of the payment provider fees. I asked Hostaway to clarify this and they skirted around the answer, in the end i had to ask 3 times before i got clarity on this. I really feel it is unethical to have this hidden charge. they ...
