"An affordable all-in-one solution, with only a handful of limitaions."
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Paul, our contact, has been incredibly helpful and always seeks to improve our experience so we get the most out of the system. The system is simple, and the stakeholder onboarding has been straight forward. We use hootsuite daily. There are still a lot of features which we are yet to make use of; integrations, detailed reporting and so on. I'm keen to continue getting the most out of the solution over the coming year. Charged for no reason
I used the trial service to test and see if their service will suite my needs. Unfortunately it was not meeting my expectations, therefore I cancelled the trial. Sadly, they decided to charge me out of nowhere for 1 month, setting up an automatic monthly renewal plan for £129[not including tax]. I raised a ticket to solve the issue, but with no solution. It seems like these sort of scams are completely allowed. I would recommend to avoid at all cost. Their service is probably worth £10 a month.

"Continuous user experience improvements to the platform."
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Being able to manage all my social platforms in one place for all my clients. My team uses Hootsuite daily for posting, reporting, and community management and there is no way we would be able to handle the volume of client requests and client load if we did not have Hootsuite, the tool that helps us manage it all in one clean dashboard. "The most fast and useful way to manage your accounts"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love using HS due to the perfect fact that you can monitore all your accounts using just one dashboard and also view some metrics related to the acccounts. Besides these topics,it is so easy to publish 3 or more posts on different social medias. By this time, I already can't live without HS cosidering I use it every week. "best experience"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Very easy to use and I managed my social media in one place. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I wish there was an option to see the sentiment of the comments. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you? Using Hootsuite, I don't need to give each user access directly to social networks, as the platform brings together all account management.

"Too Pricy and a Bit Complicated to Use!"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? I like that you can connect all your profiles and send as a group each time that you want to send. No need to re-select the profiles. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? The platform is way too pricy! The $75 monthly is for very few profiles. Also, after 10 years with them, basically grandfathered, they jacked my price up from $9.99 to $75.00. Payment taken without notice on dormant account
Payment of £1.3k taken from bank account with no warning and our account has been dormant. I have escalated via PayPal to raise a merchant dispute after trying to speak directly with Hootsuite. After speaking with my bank I am now undertaking the painstaking painful process of cancelling my bank account and all outgoing payments due to the recurring payment set up on my account. If raising a dispute with PayPal ensure you activate your buyers protection instead of unauthorised transaction. ...
