What do you like best about Hootsuite? For general social media management and community management, Hootsuite excels, especially through Streams, Planner and Inbox features. "It's a good experience but need Hootsuite more enhancement"
What do you like best about Hootsuite? Learning and using it in customer care and engaging with the customers is straightforward. What do you like best about Hootsuite? The ease of scheduling for all of the channels I am responsible for is a time saver. It's easy to use, and the customer support is A++. And for those who have difficulty getting started, there are excellent FAQs and tutorials. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? What do you like best about Hootsuite? the best thing about Hootsuite is that everything is in one place. It's very easy to choose and use between different areas. The organization in the tool is something I can only approve of. The tool is self-explanatory and can be used directly by employees. Training was hardly necessary. What do you like best about Hootsuite? The people we worked with were absolutely incredible! They were ultimately the reason why we moved forward with them, as it was neck and neck with Sprout.
