What do you like best about Hootsuite? I love how easy it is to work with a large team and coordinate our efforts on social media. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? I wish there was more information about the incoming messages. For example, Instagram private messages are called Direct Messages, as are public stories that we're tagged in. Davis, who was assigned to help my team, is highly knowledgeable and was always noticeably available to assist us with any questions or concerns, particularly when our software was going through rolling upgrades. What do you like best about Hootsuite? As an early adopter, I've seen this program grow into a well-tailored tool that meets our needs. What do you dislike about Hootsuite? Some of the recent updates seem to make things slightly more complicated. There's a learning curve, but Hootsuite has also been wonderful about taking our feedback into consideration.
